The Christmas Shoppe

The Christmas Shoppe

by Melody Carlson

The mysterious Matilda Honeycutt has recently bought  the old Barton building in Parrish Springs to open a store called The Christmas Shoppe. The whole town is suspicious of her odd ways and style of dress. However, everyone who steps foot in The Christmas Shoppe ends up undergoing a transformation of sorts. What is Matilda selling in her store? Will Parrish Springs finally accept this mysterious woman?

I liked this light, easy read. It is the perfect book to go with a cup of hot cocoa on a snowy day. If you like short, heartwarming stories, this one is for you!
